If you know Oda and Kā, you know they are big animal lovers and advocates- which is why part of every sale goes towards rescuing animals in need- covering vet bills, medications, food, and supplies. They work with several local rescues taking in cats and dogs who have been denied  entry for various reasons (rescues are often too full, or refuse entry to those who are too young to be vaccinated since it puts puts the other animals at risk, too sick, aggression issues, ect...) and they provide them a safe space for when they have no where else to go. They work on rehabilitate them, and finding them furever homes. To date they have helped save, rehabilitate, and place dozens of animals in loving homes, and they wish to continue these efforts on a larger scale.

"Rescue is a big part of our lives. It grounds us and reminds us how important and precious life is. We're uniquely equipped to take in several animals at a time, and living in the country with the proper zoning and working from our home studios allows us to give proper full-time care. We plan to turn a section of our property into an animal sanctuary. In the past we've been asked to help goats, cows, horses, donkeys- but are not adequately set up for them. and have been limited to taking in only cats and dogs. Our goal is build structures and fence off grazing pastures so we never have to turn an animal in need away again."
