‘Missing Brancusi’ original painting
Large 42”x62” illusion painting by K King, with custom maple frame by Cor Oda. Inspired by the shape of Constantine Brancusi’s “fish” sculpture, the cotton canvas is painted to look like a piece has been torn out. A totally flat surface except for the subtle texture on the “tears”, so that the light in the room may catch the raised texture to create a brighter natural highlight which increases the depth to aid in the illusions believability (comes alive at night with overhead lighting) This original painting is great for over the bed, a console, dining, ect. The large horizontal format makes it well suited for many vignettes.Free world wide shipping.
